Two Men Arrested for ISIS-Inspired Halloween Plot in Michigan

Two U.S. men, Mohamed Ali and Majed Mahmoud, were arrested for allegedly plotting an ISIS-inspired attack in Michigan around Halloween, using firearms and encrypted communications.
