Bangkok Building Collapse Caused by Design and Construction Flaws

Design and construction flaws caused the Bangkok building collapse during the March 28 earthquake, killing at least 89. Improperly constructed elevator and stairwell walls led to failure. Criminal charges have been filed against key officials and companies involved in the faulty construction.
