Luggage Mix-Up on Oman Air and Qantas Flight

We nearly lost our bags due to Qantas’ poor communication; luggage was offloaded in Manila despite being booked through to Brisbane. The airline's policy caused confusion, risking our transit. Proper info sharing could have prevented this close call.
