A Chinese Xiaomi SU7 Ultra prototype set a Nürburgring record with a 6-minute, 22-second lap, surpassing all supercars. It boasts 1,548 horsepower, 217 mph top speed, and lightweight racing modifications. Xiaomi will produce 100 Nürburgring editions, priced at $114,000, but not available in the U.S.
