Azalea Launches Astrea 9 Bonds for Public Subscription
Azalea Investment Management announced the public issuance of Astrea 9 class A-1 bonds at $380 million with a 3.4% rate and class A-2 bonds at US$50 million with a 5.7% rate. Both are investment-grade, listed on SGX, with a 15-year maturity and a mandatory call at 5 years.
